My stay at this resort was a mixed bag. While the tours and restaurant were fantastic, the overall quality of the facilities fell short of luxury standards. The location was nice, but the stray dogs and poor pool conditions made it less enjoyable. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations for a 'luxury' experience.

Our stay had its ups and downs. The location was stunning with a beautiful beach and several activities available nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed the daily live music. However, the hotel is in dire need of a refurb, as both the decor and rooms felt very tired. The dining was quite good overall, but we did experience some issues with supplies running low. While we had a great time overall, there are definitely areas for improvement.

The location is a paradise for nature lovers, while the staff went above and beyond to enhance our experience. I had a wonderful five-night stay at this resort, enjoying its stunning location and helpful staff. The beach with hammocks right in front of the restaurant was a real highlight.
